      Incredible co-workers who are welcoming and driven Great office environment with snack and games and team outings Supportive management Employee recognition of both performance and culture contribution Hybrid work schedule Pay Wifi/phone/gym reimbursement Stock options Transparent communication from executives about well-being of the company Great training and development of forecasting skills Management is very open to new ideas

      Cons

      Not a huge issue, but there could be better product release communication internally.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
