      Pros

      They promote Stan and Reese and I’m sure they got raises, but the rest of the company hasn’t heard anything about raises. This is now happening for the second year in a row. It’s a joke.

      C - Suite is in lala land.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
