Pros

Flat Organizational Structure: You can reach out to anyone, including senior leadership, without formal hierarchies getting in the way. Communication is open and transparent. Autonomy and Trust: You're given ownership of your work and the freedom to execute without needing constant approvals. Room to Experiment: The culture supports experimentation and innovation. You’re encouraged to try new ideas and learn from them. Collaborative Environment: Cross-functional collaboration is smooth and encouraged, which helps in building better products faster.

Cons

Ambiguity at Times: The high level of autonomy can sometimes come with less structured guidance, which may be challenging for those who prefer clear direction. Context Switching: Because of the freedom to experiment and try new things, prioritization can sometimes become a challenge if not self-managed.

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
