      Pros

      Having been at Egnyte for many years, I have seen growth and change more than most. Overall, it is a great company with a great product. I have had the luxury of working for a great team within the org and appreciate it everyday.

      Cons

      I don't have many things to complain about. We grew massively during covid which made it hard for some starting remote to adjust and learn but I didn't have this as an issue within my team and downline.

      Pros

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
