Pros
They offer great benefits, wellness reimbursement, generous PTO, and had a nice clean office space with sit/stand desks for everyone. They're a great company that likes to show their appreciation to their employees.
Cons
The office I worked in was downtown Minneapolis, so the commute wasn't the greatest. But they do offer a discounted rate for taking the bus, so that helped a little bit.
