Pros
They care about their employees and provide a very flexible work schedule. A lot of great people with a "work hard play hard" outlook.
Cons
Public accounting hours are notoriously long. However management at times uses "it's public accounting and that's just the way it is" as an excuse to not try to implement a suggested improvement.
