Pros
Great fraternity culture with many activities and outings at bars/restaurants, which leads to great employee camaraderie. Great work/life balance as with most public accounting firms.
Cons
Pay is not great compared to comparable positions at other firms in the region having worked/interned at a couple other firms or have friends who work at other firms. Easy to identify who is on the up-and-up versus way out. Been known to fire employees without notice or during semi-annual reviews on an annual basis so there is no job security. Bit of nepotism - hiring of employees' or clients' kids
