Extremely Toxic Work Environment - Mover Einstein Moving Employee Review

I left after only a month due to a serious lack of boundaries or respect for employees and coworkers. Unless you are a part of the boys club you are not welcome in this place. When speaking up for myself against homophobic rhetoric and use of anti-gay slurs I was essentially told by my supervisor to get used to it or find a different job and that I should learn to "let it go". Constant comments about race, sexuality, and gender under the pretense of jokes are exhausting. What you eat, where you're from, what type of people do and do not tip are all fair game. This is the least welcome I have ever felt at a job and I was bullied into quitting.
