Pros
Most co-workers are very friendly and are always willing to lend a hand when needed. Store is always busy time flies fast when working. Clean workplace, evaluation for pay raise given yearly.
Cons
Bad management is the number one concern in working with this employer. Also having to work in parts of the store you have no experience working at and having no proper instructions. Schedules are not flexible at all, store is open every single day of the year.
