      -Generous amount of time off given! -Good work/home balance! -Great working environment! -They employ some of the best people around! -The company invests in their employees, day 1!

      Cons

      Job training is somewhat of a gray area that could be improved so that new employees will have a defined training program and be able to fully understand the process flow.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
