      Great culture, empowerment, purpose driven, respect for people, talent trumps process

      Some processes are not clearly defined, and not all systems are functional; together with an extremely fast paced corporate culture, this can come across messy at time.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
