      The previous employer negotiated on our behalf.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub par.. they don't pay for skills.. allow for toxic culture.. 15 people came to introduce themselves when we were bought, all of them were old white men. No diversity

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
