      The Company is growing in every possible way everyday. This give opportunity for new projects, new experiences and new people regularly.

      Cons

      Due to the growth some basics are still norming and forming which may be a struggle for some people who prefer a very structured environment.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
