      Favoritism Lack of scientific rigor Promotes favorites of HR, upper management Management has no idea about the science Constant change; the current joke is that everyone has more bosses than years of service No loyalty to long term employees The dollar drives everything including the science

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
