      Company allows you to really make an impact. A big company with a start up feel so a lot of freedom to build better processes yourself.

      Cons

      Management does not do a good job recognizing the low to mid level employees and only focuses at the top.

      Treats interns well by providing PTO during the summer shut down

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
