Great team with an open door policy. The care can be effected and families did suffer from the need to keep reaching a quota number to hire needed staff.
Cons
Chronically understaffed in many areas. The process of hiring seems slow and the pay is not competitive. It’s a large corporation and seems indifferent to employees concerns at that level.

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.
Cons
Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
