Pros

Compensation was nice Some peers were very good to work with and really enjoyed their company

Cons

Toxicity in senior leadership. When there was highly visible divides between employees in the same group but supporting other business lines, Senior Leadership did not care. I told my leader point blank "I do not trust them and caught them lying to you." The Sr. Leader did nothing. Bringing issues to HR did nothing. The company lacks direction and doesn't function as a unit and it shows in the teams. Was told by my leader that he didn't trust numbers from his boss and others at his level.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
