      - Frequent layoffs created a sense of instability and uncertainty - KPIs and performance expectations were constantly shifting, making it difficult to stay aligned and feel successful - Ongoing changes in leadership led to a lack of consistency in direction and communication - Recent management style felt overly micromanaged and, at times, discouraging rather than supportive

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
