      Pros

      There are always workers needed; getting more hours is easy. working with the elderly is very fulfilling some of the sweetest patients. great team communications on patient care.

      Cons

      Don't pay enough, and after working for them for over three years i never received a raise, even after taking on more patients. The new onboarding caregivers were given the same amount hourly despite my loyalty to the company. the app was very buggy

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
