Pros

I've met some great people in the hospitals-case managers and social workers

Cons

I've never worked for a company that micromanages this much. Upper management puts the pressure on you to make your numbers, even when you are brand new. No sales training until your at least 90 days in to learn their programs. Targets are unreasonable. They don't pay you on all referrals so they have you chasing Medicare all day. They will take other insurances which you still have to work but it doesn't count towards your target or bonus. So many meetings...at least 5 a week. AVP wants to ride with you all the time. They only pay .47 per mile for mileage.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
