      Pros

      Excellent Executive and Management team. Growth opportunities company wide. Friendly caregivers. Knowing everyone cares makes us work harder

      Cons

      Parking in the area is tough but good access to public transportation. Lots of places to eat in the area - so weight gain possible but guess what there is a Gym within walking distance and we all have membership discounts.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
