      -Wonderful, Professional, Inspiring SUPERvisors -We work together, to provide the Best Care Possible -This isn't a Job, It is a Blessing to work together - we are not micromanaged -when one of us needs help, everyone supports us and goes out of their way to ensure we are there for each other -We have time for self-care. Outstanding peer support

      - Not much leeway in the colors regarding "Preferred" Options on what we are "Encouraged" to wear

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
