They just fired all massage and music therapists After merging with another company they thought the best way to make money was cut the services to our terminally ill patients .

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.
Cons
Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
