      Pros

      The direct team I work with is great.

      Cons

      New merger is changing so many things and letting go of so many valuable employees. The company is no longer a great place to work since everything is all about how much money we can bring in. Our CEO was relieved so someone else could come in and treat people poorly.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
