I've been an employee for over 5 yrs. I'm excited to see new growth within the new enterprise and hope to see more opportunities as we continue to grow .

Cons

Health Insurance is not as good as would of expected.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
