Pros
No pros. Things have gone downhill since merger
Cons
Took away all extras from bedside. No more music, massage or art therapy. Told us benefits would be better and they are not. They are more expensive.

I've forwarded your feedback to our leadership team to look into. If you have any additional concerns you'd like to discuss, please reach out to your HR representative.
Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.
Cons
Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
