Great teams, family atmosphere, Work life balance. Overall a great work environment to work. I would def recommend this company to my friends and family

I really cant think of any cons except maybe more frequent communication from our new management :)

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
