      Good base pay, I guess...

      Cons

      Very very VERY poor management. Low morale since the acquisition. I can't justify staying for the paycheck. I sincerely wonder how my branch is still open. When you won't recommend your hospice to friends & family, it's time to leave. Btw, there are 2 Elara Caring Companies on Glassdoor, I'd pay attention to this one because it has the current CEO listed....

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
