Pros

Your coworkers are the only pros. They share if the same issues.

Cons

It’s all about how much money they can make. There is no raises, poor pay. Everyone is stressed and overworked. Only full time employees get benefits which the benefits are not that great either. Good luck trying to paid correctly as payroll keeps making mistakes. Sometimes you don’t get paid at all. Many people live paycheck to paycheck. Good luck paying your bills if you are one of them. CEO comments all the time that are easy to replace. There is no communication. Management makes decision without thinking and if an employee gives feedback they are label as a complainer and a problem. Chances are you will be let go if you do speak up. Promotions are given to employees that are not qualified, they are given to their favorites. Management take over departments that don’t have the knowledge and skills. This is not growing pains that they are going through this is just greed and poor management. The merger and consolidation of the three companies was a mistake and the management taking over departments is a huge mistake but look luck trying to tell them that.

Pros

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Cons

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
