      Pros

      With our full continuum of care there is an abundance of opportunity to grow within the company between all the service levels. Our many locations make it fairly easy to find a location that suits an individuals needs. We've always taken pride in delivering the Right Care, at the Right Time and in the Right place, that really impacts my patients lives and makes me feel like I am making a difference for each of my patients.

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything that isn't something that every company battles i.e communication across the board, finding benefits/insurance coverage that suits everyone's needs in a cost effective way.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
