Elara continues to make company acquisitions, each time they do, they continue to cut staff, departments… patients and staff stuffer

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.
Cons
Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
