      Pay was good and benefits were decent

      Cons

      Poor management structure and too much consolidation of job positions for reductions of force. They Outsourced the IT support and hardware services to third party off shore companies. This led to poor relations with the field offices and staff.

      Pros

      Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

      Cons

      Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
