The "Frat boy" atmosphere is not untrue; I had forgotten how frat boys get so insular, these guys only see what they want to see. Unfortunately there are no checks and balances in their review process. I made several visits to HR before leaving but did not get the support expected. They let middle management manage the moral of the teams, this can be problematic depending on your manager. I left in circumstances that were unfair, inaccurate and others downright false. Nebraska doesn't protect you from this. Good luck!
