Pros

- Freedom to come and go as you please is amazing. - There's lots of opportunity for you as an engineer. As new projects come and go you get exposure to design, documentation, debugging, project management and collaboration with other engineers i.e. great experience. - They offer sabbatical - Typical clients are some of the largest aerospace companies in the world - There is profit sharing - Only require 40hrs/week

Cons

- Pay is way too low across the board. If you want to change the culture for the better, become a more competitive company and make employees happier, they should be paid the market rate. - No incentive to exercise or take breaks at work and hang out with co workers - Working from home is possible yet it's frowned upon for some reason - Overall the culture is highly varied and in many cases is not very desirable. I think part of this is due to management, part of this is due to the candidates they hire. - On the above point, management does not really serve as a role model for other people to follow, especially the CEO. Doesn't make you feel good about the company when the people "leading" you aren't very inspiring.
