Flexible Schedule, decent benefits, HSA filled by employer, 401K matching, rare but occasional profit sharing
Cons
Not a great place to work if you aren't an engineer. You will be underpaid compared to market value, underappreciated (have been told that the company could easily run itself without the accounting department or that they could find high-school children to do our job for less pay, and that trained monkeys can do our job), discriminated against, etc.
