      Pros

      Company provides great team and people with competitive benefits. EA has really positively transformed after the restructuring.

      Cons

      Crunch can be pretty rough. Multiple projects can often happen with very short turnarounds and high expectations. Difficult to refer friends to come work as most positions start out as contract. Had encountered more friction than expected requesting vacation days.
