Pros
For starting as a tier 1 phone advisor, I was quickly able to advance to other areas in the company. On the social and community team, I've had a chance to work with multiple teams across EA, and enact positive changes to better serve EA's players, and the stakeholders I worked with. Pay is competitive and benefits are excellent. Electronic Arts also involves itself in many diversity and social change initiatives - through their games and office culture - which I find very much a plus.
Cons
The larger a company gets, the more red tape there is - it can be slow going trying to push through new projects or ideas, especially as the tier 1 level. In addition, there was a lot of focus on numeric KPIs, with seemingly little effort to move away from that.
