Pros
Fun place to work, great people and very understanding managers. They really try to make sure you are happy and like working there. You get the opportunity to help build some of the best games in the industry!
Cons
Overall moral is not good but for no real reason. Upward mobility is not very good, depending on which group you are with you may find yourself in a dead end job after a while.
