Horrible hours with no life outside of work. Very poor management , lead designers ,and HR relations. Not much future at company because of the difficulty and politics regarding raises and promotions Majority of employees concerned about more layoffs and future of studio and company Major politics and an "Old Boys" network that protect only those in the club. No other major studios in Florida. If you move here you might be stuck here if you buy a home. Very high level of turnover/attrition. A majority of people that come to work here are gone before the 4th or 5th year. This is probably because of burnout and mistreatment by managers and the upper echelon within the company.
