Pros
ESI is good company for which to work - especially for anyone kicking off his or her sales career. Reps are hired based on potential and aptitude to learn. That said, they are willing to take a chance on kids straight out of college or professionals without sales experience and invest in their learning and development. The opportunity to make great money is certainly there, however, reps should speak up internally if they have expectations of advancement. Communication with management is fluent, and in any case of dispute, the VPs are readily available to mediate and problem solve adequately. If you are looking for a career in professional sales and work life balance is important, ESI is an excellent place for you.
Cons
Must speak up if you want advancement or any type of change.
