Pros
There is a tremendous catalogue from which you can sell. The training is very thorough and continuous. You have the opportunity to make a good amount of money if you can hang in there for a while.
Cons
Need to adjust pricing to be competitive in the market ( richmond) Need to hire more service techs in richmond so that the expectations that reps set with customers can actually be met Need to give branch management more autonomy. Healthcare costs could be better.
