Pros
Good work experience. Flexible schedule / work life balance. Company contributed to a "health fund" which you could put towards claims to help offset the high cost of their insurance. Also some perks to complete health assessments to lower your cost along with paying half for gym memberships. Depending on your position a company phone as well.
Cons
Pay. Not up to industry standards. Reason I left. I was a full time employee for years, working on one of their larger contracts. Raises not up to par and metrics in place to ensure the "best" is not a reality of achieving. I was not based out of their headquarters in Virginia beach. VA Beach HQ seemed to be the "happy" place. Other on site contract support / satellite offices not so much.
