Pros
I enjoyed working with many at Eleks. The management in the U.S., that I reported to, was top notch. My staff was professional, smart and ready for any task.
Cons
The management in Ukraine was in the dark ages. When you hear comments from the executive level, that said, “I have no idea what Marketing is or does, but it’s seems like Black Magic to me.” That’s what we here in the US had to deal with. Sales and marketing was led from the US, and they hated that. We grew revenues to historic levels, during a time with the company was an unknown. They didn’t like paying US wages, and ultimately, they shut down the entire US division.
