Pros

Flexible working hours, free secure parking for bicycles, bike and cars, good location. Company is big enough to have choice of projects/technologies

Cons

There are big and small customers/projects, some of them may be finished unexpectedly and you end up waiting for the new project in the pool (but still paid your salary)
