Nurse Management absolutely ruins this place. They talk down to staff and you feel like you’re constantly walking on egg shells and being targeted. Not enough staff to be able to do your job. Used to be a good work life balance place but not now, not with gaslighting micro-management. You think of the toxic work environment constantly and at home. No opportunity for growth with sons of management being hired and promoted so quickly over veteran staff.
