Pros

The people you work with here are what makes (made) the company what It is.

Cons

As mentioned by other posters, the CEO is truly driving the company into the ground. She stood up in a board room and made a promise that couldn’t be kept. A vision with no true path to get there. You can say you are “clear” on the path, but if anyone with a brain digs into the weeds and looks under the proverbial hood, you’ll know it’s all lip service. The data behind sales is garbage and you have no idea how to focus your time and efforts based on the algorithm of valuing a deal. Swings in revenue just based on how the “tool” calculates can lead to hundreds of thousands of difference in revenue AND therefore commission. Finally, the culture has taken a swan dive. Senior leaders feel free to curse at employees just trying to do their jobs and do what is asked of them. Manipulation tactics from the top such as creating false senses of security so the employee will let their guard down and share their true opinions only to have that held against them at a later date. The culture went from “I could never see myself leaving this company” to “where is the nearest exit.” More attrition of great talent will surely follow.

Pros

Good people that just want to work and earn an honest pay check

Cons

Leaders have no idea what they are doing in all departments .Senior level management is disconnected from the workforce. Ex. They have Monthly meetings to discuss profit and how great they are doing but they turn around and have meetings advising the group of layoffs later in the year. Additionally nepotism at this place is at an all time high. The CEO hires friends and VP’s there do the same.Workload is extremely high and you are expected to work and be productive with systems that are non functional and are old/outdated.There are people in leadership that do not like working with women and the place is disgusting. Moral is low and when I exited employees were scared as leaders are micromanaging and leading with fear. Stay away from this place.
