Pros

Able to work from home.

Cons

Contrary to other reviews, GE culture does not dominate. Nothing remains of what was once a wonderful place to work. Experience, tenure and performance are no longer valued or appreciated. Neither is going above and beyond for your team. They have been replaced by favoring the Yes Men and the underperforming That know how to suck up to keep their job. Management cannot be trusted. The “new” systems put in place are inadequate for what is needed to do the job efficiently and effectively. People dread coming to work and, for some, the environment and stress is actually making them sick. Benefits are not great and whatever you do, don’t get sick.

Element Fleet Management Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Element continues to be a wonderful place to work and we think it’s because of the people who work here. About 36% of employees have been with Element for more than 10 years and we continue to hire for open positions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and if you’re on Element’s benefit plan the company covers about two-thirds of the premiums. If you wish to provide further feedback or continue this discussion, please email employeecommunications.fleet@elementcorp.com.

Pros

Good people that just want to work and earn an honest pay check

Cons

Leaders have no idea what they are doing in all departments .Senior level management is disconnected from the workforce. Ex. They have Monthly meetings to discuss profit and how great they are doing but they turn around and have meetings advising the group of layoffs later in the year. Additionally nepotism at this place is at an all time high. The CEO hires friends and VP’s there do the same.Workload is extremely high and you are expected to work and be productive with systems that are non functional and are old/outdated.There are people in leadership that do not like working with women and the place is disgusting. Moral is low and when I exited employees were scared as leaders are micromanaging and leading with fear. Stay away from this place.
