Pros
The compensation is good and depending on your years of service PTO is good also.
Cons
After all the mergers they lost value in the employees that have been loyal. Management lacks the necessary skills to lead. Ethics are violated and NOT kept confidential allowing Management to retaliate. False reviews, no proper process documentation to even learn your job. Employees are truly just a number. ABSOLUTELY NO JOB SECURITY.
