Pros
Always plenty of work, no shortage there. Full range of benefits, discount programs and lots of paid time off, especially if you have been around as long as I have. Work from Home program, flex time program, which is up to managements discretion, sometimes they do not follow the policy.
Cons
Cost of health insurance (it takes about 1/3 of my check every 2 weeks), restrictions on prescription plan, deductibles are very high if you opt to lower the cost out of your pay, mandatory overtime without much notice, bad managers who know nothing about what it takes to do my job, numbers they want are insane for production depending on the type of work you do, quality expectations is nearly impossible to achieve if you are a human being that is prone to mistakes
