Pros
PTO,health insurance benefits, the day goes by fast as you stay busy, training was nice. Temporary work from home which has been convenient.
Cons
You had to take your lunch/breaks almost spotty on the dotty, which was hard a lot of days which throws you out of their “adherence”, management is terrible, never really had one on ones with my manager like I was supposed to and when she scheduled them, they would get canceled for some reason. Micro-managing you weren’t hardly allowed any time to wrap up your calls, and you were constantly getting messages from management for being on a call over 14 mins, as well as for being in after call that had not even went over a minute. The teams chat was not helpful at all, as you never got responses. You just really learn to go with the flow with your resources. Have to meet a lot of performance goals, which can be easy and hard. But you’re only recognized if you’re showing high performance. Barely able to even take your PTO that you have worked hard to accrue. They never want to allow you any time off.
